Terms and Conditions” is the document governing the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer.
Order preparation, shipping and delivery
Orders are prepared by me personally, according to the information fully described in Shipping information section of the store.
Order cancellation
Non-custom made items
Non-custom made items include enamel pins, keychains and jewellery that are ready-to-ship.
You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE it’s dispatched. Once the order has a “Completed” status, it cannot be cancelled. Please check Shipping information to see the up-to-date information on when I process and dispatch orders.
Custom made items
Custom made items are items that I make due to your personal request (like personalized jewellery).
I do not accept cancellation on items that are custom made.
Returns and exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges. Return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return or exchange the item, please contact me within maximum 7 days of delivery. Include a proof of purchase (usually order number will suffice) and any additional info that may be of importance (e.g. images of item if it came damaged). I will inspect the inqiury and get back to you with further details and I will most probably ask you to send the item back to me.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that I can not make any refund or exchange until I have the original item back.
Once your return/exchange item is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I’ve received it. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Conditions of return/exchange
- Buyers are responsible for postage costs – both for shipping the original item back and receiving the new item.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- The item can be exchanged for a different item if the new item has the same value.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
Orders that are older than one year are not eligible for a refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (it depends on your payment provider).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Items that can’t be refunded
- Sale items
- Postage costs
- Custom made items (unless they arrived damaged).
