Order handling policy

Order processing times

I typically process orders on Mondays/Tuesdays and Fridays. So if you place your order, it will wait until my next processing session (max 3 business days).

Shipping provider and tracking

By default, all orders are shipped via UPS. All packages are tracked.

Domestic orders (within Poland) can be alternatively shipped via InPost, OrlenPaczka or other shipping providers. If you’d like your package to be shipped using another provider (not UPS), please contact me before buying.

Delivery times

Delivery time is the time that is needed by UPS to deliver the package once it leaves my office.

Please note that delivery times are only estimates provided by UPS. Typically, 90% packages arrive within this time. Delivery time will most likely be longer around heavy seasons (like Christmas).

Customs and taxes

The prices are inclusive of any tax that I am able to include and pay on my behalf. There may be, though, some additional taxes or customs to be paid in the country of destination. By law, customers are required to pay those.
