You can find here the information about shipping services, delivery times, and the most common problems that may occur.

I prepare and pack every order personally and I run my business alone. I usually take care of orders twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays – those are also the days I drop all packed orders at the post office. I do my best to stick to this schedule, but I still work full-time, so some exceptions may happen.
Average processing times
Processing time is the time I need to properly account for and pack your order.
Standard shipping, ready-to-ship items: 1 – 3 business days.
Premium shipping, ready-to-ship items: 1- 2 business days.
Items made to order: 2 – 4 weeks.
The processing times of ready-to-ship items depend on the season. It’s usually a little longer during peak shopping times (like around Christmas etc.).
The processing times of items that are made to order highly depend on my availability and the number of orders that I have in the queue. I will usually send you a notice if your order takes longer.
Delivery times and tracking
Delivery time is the time needed for your order to arrive at your doorstep once I hand it off to the shipping company.
Standard shipping service
Standard shipping is fulfilled through national postal services. So the packages are handed off to Poczta Polska here in Poland and when they arrive in your country, they are picked up by the main postal service of your country (so it’s USPS for U.S., Canada Post for Canada, etc.).
Some larger items, like cufflinks, do not fit into the box restrictions for the national mail delivery system, so I have to send them through UPS, which is more expensive.
Average delivery times for standard shipping:
- United States: 2 – 4 weeks.
- Canada: 3 – 4 weeks.
- Europe: 1 – 2 weeks.
- Australia: around 2 months
- Other countries: 4 – 6 weeks.
- Domestic (Poland): 1 – 3 business days.
Tracking for standard shipping
All orders have international tracking numbers. They can be tracked on any website that allows them to do so. Poczta Polska has an English version of tracking here.
Premium shipping service
Premium shipping is fulfilled by UPS. UPS provides a time and cost calculator on their website here. If you want to calculate the estimated delivery time of your order, insert postal code 35-312 and the city as Rzeszow, Poland under the “Ship from” brackets.
Please note that once the package leaves my hands, I have no power over its journey. If there is any problem with the shipping, please contact me.
Ordering gifts and shipping during busy seasons
My products are often bought as gifts. If you need the item by a specific date, I usually advise customers to order it at least one month before that date. This way most of the probable delays and mishaps are accounted for.
Furthermore, shipping times usually increase during busy seasons (like around Christmas).
Shipping and ordering during holidays
I keep my store open for the entire year, including any national holidays and other days during which the postal services are closed. If your order comes during the holidays, I will tend to it the first business day after that.
I also keep the store open during my vacation. There will be a big notice on the front page of the store that I’m taking a break. Any orders will be fulfilled once I’m back.
Returned packages
If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed or refused, I can reship it with signature confirmation (you need to pay the shipping cost again). I will attempt to contact you and wait about a week to hear from you. If I don’t hear from you within the specified time, I will refund and cancel the order. Only item’s worth will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
Customs and taxes
The prices are inclusive of any tax that I can include and pay on my behalf. There may be, though, some additional taxes or customs to be paid at the country of destination. By law, customers are required to pay the.
Most common problems
Lost/undelivered package
If the tracking states that the package is delivered but it’s not at your place, here are some possible reasons
- If the carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbor, ask your neighbors if they have seen it. Contact the postal service with your inquiry.
- The carrier attempted to deliver your package but was unable to. Most carriers will attempt to deliver the package again on the next business day. In some cases, you may receive a notice that lets you know the delivery was unsuccessful.
- The carrier has pre-scanned your package as delivered and will deliver it the next business day, or one to two days after that. It happens usually around busy delivery seasons.
- Your package was sent to an outdated/wrong address. Please always double-check that your address is correct. If you find out it’s not, please contact me.
- The package was returned to me. Typically, this happens when the courier tries to deliver the package several times but is unable to do so. It should be visible on the tracking.
- Your package was stolen. If your package has been stolen, you must file a mail theft case with your national mail provider and contact your local authorities to report the theft. These reports are imperative if you have a mail theft problem. USPS, for instance, has a page about this issue here with instructions on how to report: Mail Theft. USPS. Mail theft and mail fraud are serious federal crimes, so you should be certain that your mail was stolen before opening a case. After opening a theft case, please get in touch with me, let me know you have already filed a claim and reported the theft to the police, and we will discuss how a replacement will be sent out.
- Your package is lost. Lost packages are extremely rare. However, we can’t discount that option. It’s usually best practice to wait an extra 1 – 2 weeks to give the parcel a chance to sort its way back and get delivered. All my parcels are sent with tracking so any mishap should be visible. The most common issue is the customs clearance, which may take up to 4 weeks in some cases and the package tracking does not update during this time so it may seem like it’s been lost.
I will typically request we wait some additional time for parcels to give the postal service time to deliver or for customs to clear your package through their inspection. Sometimes the post office is running late with deliveries or may have accidentally misrouted your parcel and just needs some additional time to deliver it properly.
Long delivery time
Delivery time with Standard Shipping may be quite long because the package may be randomly selected for checking during customs clearance.
No tracking updates
Some national postal services (Cana Post, I’m looking at you) do not update the tracking even though they should do it.
Signature confirmation needed
All the packages are sent as registered mail which means a signature is required to receive it.
