Nenya, also referred to as the White Ring or Ring of Water, was one of three Elven Rings given to the Elves of Middle-Earth in the Second Age.
Nenya was made by Celebrimbor and the Gwaith-i-Mírdain (Smiths of Lore) in Eregion during the Second Age. They were among a trio of Elven rings, along with Narya and Vilya: their existence hidden from Sauron so that no evil would touch them.
Nenya’s power was preservation and concealment. Galadriel used these powers to create, sustain and protect Lothlórien.
After Sauron was defeated and the One Ring destroyed, its power faded along with that of the other Rings of Power. Galadriel sailed from the Grey Havens into the West, carrying Nenya with her. She was accompanied by two bearers of other Elven rings.
Lórien, bereft of its glorious ring, also lost its magic and splendor; when Arwen came there to die in FO 121 the place was deserted.
I wanted to make the pin versions of the Three Elven Rings that resembled flowers. You can see other three here: Narya and Vilya.
