Shipping and orders
Here are some most common questions I receive about handling orders and shipping. For a detailed information, please check the Shipping information page.
How do you ship the orders?
If you choose the Standard shipping, I will send it with Poczta Polska Priority Mail. Upon entering your country, the order will be taken by your national post service.
How to upgrade the shipping?
If you need your order to be sent with upgraded shipping via UPS, check the UPS option at checkout.
The tracking seems stuck
The tracking number (for Standard Shipping) is international and can be tracked anywhere, provided the shipping company updates it in its database. What may happen is the number is not updated by your national postal service once it enters your country. It looks like it’s stuck at ”Sent from Poland”, but in reality, it is processed and delivered properly.
Canada Post is notorious for that.
If I buy more items, can I get a discount?
Larger orders get either a free shipping upgrade or a free gift (it depends on the order value and what I have available at a given moment). I do not discount larger orders.
I received my order but an item is missing…
First of all, please check the package thoroughly (especially if it’s a larger order, I sometimes wrap items in layers). If you’re positive that something is missing, then please contact me, provide the order number and list what’s missing. I will get back to you and send you the missing piece.
Returns and exchanges
Can I just cancel an order?
You can cancel an order if it’s not shipped yet. If you do, you will get a full refund, including shipping costs. To cancel an order, please contact me ASAP. You can’t cancel an order if it’s already dispatched!!!
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can. The details on how to do it are on the Terms and Conditions page.
How long does your return/exchange policy lasts?
It lasts for 60 days from the dispatch date. It is more than enough time for an item to be delivered and for you to check its quality. If more than 60 days passed from the dispatch date, I can’t make any refund or exchange.
Product related questions
Pin post is bent, what can I do to fix it?
You can simply use a pair of pliers to gently straighten the post.
Why are B-grade pins less expensive?
All pins are made by hand, so sometimes there are some “happy accidents”. B-grade pins usually have some more or less visible blemishes but can still be worn and enjoyed. I don’t like to be wasteful, so I offer them for a lower price than regular. You can check how I grade pins here.
Can you pick the best pin/keychain for me, the one without any flaws?
No. Due to the varying nature of pin grading practices and the handmade quality inherent in pins, I will not take requests to scrutinize any particular batch or set of pins for a customer.

Do you offer a wholesale?
Yes, it’s available on every product’s page.
Do you offer dropshipping?
No, I do not offer drop shipping, am not a drop shipper, or run a drop shipping program.
